Jared Gibson

Jared is an 18-year-old jazz enthusiast with a passion for the aforementioned genre along with anything else funky or groovy! He’s a dedicated muso and a multi instrumentalist, currently working towards writing and producing his first EP; incorporating the many instruments he plays such as tuned percussion, drum-kit, guitar, and bass along with vocals.  Jared’s other big passion is radio and he was lead host, junior producer, and panel operator for SBN’s Music Matters Sunday show on 94.1 3WBC’s throughout 2014/15, plus a regular lead host on SBN’s SwitchOn Saturday show and currently is involved with SYN FM. Jared hopes to attend VCA – the Victorian College of the Arts – after Year 12 with the goal of becoming a professional musician, as well as working in radio and sound engineering… and he is certainly off to a good start in turning dreams into reality!
